Thanks to the Group’s continuous efforts, its one-stop online platform, Oodles Smart, has been awarded Champion in the General Category of the Smart City Artificial Intelligence Contest, organised by the Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council. This outstanding achievement highlights the Group’s dedication and contributions to advancing Hong Kong’s smart city development.
The competition focused on innovative solutions in areas such as databases, cloud technology, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, with the aim of promoting Hong Kong’s smart city ecosystem.
Leveraging its breakthrough integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and big data analytics, Oodles Smart successfully advanced to the finals. It delivered a live proposal presentation during the Hong Kong Computer & Communications Festival 2025, ultimately standing out among numerous high-calibre projects to claim the General Category Championship.
Oodles Smart is a locally developed AI-powered interior design platform. By combining cutting-edge technologies — including artificial intelligence, open-source software, and cloud computing — it enables users to instantly generate interior design concepts by simply uploading a photo of their home or office.
Users can select construction materials from the built-in Material Library for real-time matching and freely customise designs according to personal preferences. Alternatively, they may upload their own choices for visualisation.
Beyond visual previews of renovation outcomes, Oodles Smart also provides budget estimation support, helping users better understand project costs. Additionally, the platform’s AI-powered inspiration engine offers creative design suggestions to spark users’ imagination.
